作成の趣旨 Intention
「あなたの都道府県のがん対策推進計画を評価しよう」
○背景：
・都道府県第4期がん対策推進計画が2024年から2030年までの6年間実施されます。
・都道府県のがんに関する患者状態、医療サービス、医療資源状態には大きな地域格差があり、均てん化（ベストな地域に全国を収れんさせる）が必要です。
・それを解決するには、まず、いま地域格差がある都道府県の「がん対策力」を、均てん化させる必要があります。
○課題：
・六位一体（患者、議員、行政、医療者、メディア、民間）の立場が共に活用できる、がん対策力の均てん化のためのツールがありませんでした。
○目的：
・このポータルサイトでは、がん対策力均てん化のためのリソースを集約したツールを提供します。
・これによって、患者状態の格差が解消されて均てん化が実現する一助になることを願います。

"Let’s Evaluate Your Prefecture’s Cancer Control Promotion Plan"
Background:
The fourth phase of the Prefectural Cancer Control Promotion Plan will be implemented over six years from 2024 to 2030.
There are significant regional disparities in patient conditions, medical services, and medical resources related to cancer across prefectures, necessitating convergence to the best regions.
To address this, it is essential to first equalize the "cancer control capabilities" of prefectures with current regional disparities.
Issue:
There have been no tools available that all six key stakeholders (patients, legislators, government officials, healthcare providers, media, and the private sector) can utilize together for the convergence of cancer control capabilities to the best levels.
Objective:
This portal site aims to provide a tool that aggregates resources for the convergence of cancer control capabilities to the best levels.
We hope this will help to eliminate disparities in patient conditions and achieve convergence to the best.

・自分の地域のがん対策の未達事項（改善余地）を全国や他の地域と比較して把握しましょう（例：○○の死亡率が高い、○○の医療行為提供量が少ない、○○専門家が少ない、など）
・自分の地域のがん政策体系の状況を、国や他の地域と比較して把握しましょう（例：ロジックモデルの質、目標の設定内容、施策の設定状況、など）
・資料を手元に、地域の関係者とともに、課題解決のために重点的に実行すべきことなどについて、議論し必要なアクションにつなげましょう。
〔How to Use〕
Identify the unmet aspects (areas for improvement) of your regional cancer control measures by comparing them with national data or other regions (e.g., high mortality rates, low provision of medical services, shortage of specialists, etc.).
Understand the status of your regional cancer policy framework by comparing it with national data or other regions (e.g., quality of logic models, content of goal settings, status of measure implementations, etc.).
With the materials in hand, discuss with local stakeholders what should be prioritized and executed to solve the issues, and translate these discussions into necessary actions.

・評価（支援）シートは、ロジックモデルに対応した指標のデータを全国値と当該地域のデータを並置して示し、地域の課題や対策の効果を検討することを補助するシートです。
・ロジックモデルを想定する、指標を設定する、データを収集する、表示する――といった手間を省いてくれます。
・ここでは、沖縄県がん診療連携協議会が策定した「沖縄県がん対策推進協議会版」を使用しています。

・どこと比較するか迷ったら、まず奈良県や愛媛県と比べてみてもよいでしょう。

It saves the effort of creating a logic model, setting indicators, collecting data, and displaying it.
Here, we use the "Okinawa Prefecture Cancer Control Promotion Council Version," formulated by the Okinawa Prefecture Cancer Care Coordination Council.
